You can view the clinic information for any clinic or for the clinic that you are logged in to.
Note: Accessing and editing clinic information requires the "Clinic Admin" security right.
To view clinic information
Do one of the following:
For any clinic (while logged in to the Central clinic) - In the Enterprise Setup dialog box, select a clinic, and then click Edit.
Notes:
To open the Enterprise Setup dialog box, you must be logged in to the Central clinic.
Accessing the Enterprise Setup requires the "Clinic Admin" security right.
For the clinic that you are logged in to - In the Clinic Resource Setup dialog box, under Clinic Information, click Edit.
If you are attempting to view clinic information from the Clinic Resource Setup dialog box, and if applicable, do one of the following:
If the Password - Clinic Admin dialog box appears, user verification has been assigned to the "Clinic Admin" task. Do one of the following:
If your user account has been granted the "Clinic Admin" security right, enter your credentials in the User ID and Password boxes, and then click OK.
If your user account has not been granted the "Clinic Admin" security right, have a user with permission temporarily override this restriction so you can view the clinic information this one time. The overriding user enters his or her credentials in the User ID and Password boxes and then clicks OK.
If a message appears, informing you that you do not have rights to this operation, your user account has not been granted the "Clinic Admin" security right. To have a user with permission temporarily override this restriction so you can view the clinic information this one time, do the following:
On the message, click Yes.
In the Password - Clinic Admin dialog box, the overriding user enters his or her credentials in the User ID and Password boxes and then clicks OK.
The Clinic Information dialog box appears.
You can view clinic information on the following tabs:
Clinic Settings (Central or local clinic)
Organization Settings (must be logged in to Central clinic to make changes)
Subscriptions (for ePrescribe, Updox, and Meaningful Use, must be logged in to Central clinic to make changes; for Outcome, can be logged in to Central or local clinic)
Export Settings (Central or local clinic)
Note: The Export Settings tab is available only if the claim export feature is enabled.
